How it decides

Each function call is matched against the reference pages for the selected source. Calls whose target spelling differs, or that need a rewrite, are listed with the target syntax.
A call is renamed automatically only when the target function takes the same arguments with the same meaning, for example ISNULL to IFNULL. Everything else is left for you, because argument order, NULL handling or return types differ.
Calls that keep working as written are not listed, but their pages may still describe behavior differences.
